Have you ever attended a national or international conference?

In NYS we have a great opportunity to network and learn from our Canadian colleagues this May. The Canadian Pupil Transportation Conference (CPTC) will be held in Niagra Falls, Canada.  The CPTC is similar to NAPT as it moves to different locations throughout Canada. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to attend their conference about five years ago when it was held at Lake Louise located in the Canadian Rockies. I encourage all transportation professionals to consider making it a mini vacation to enjoy Niagra Falls, Canada and meet some great folks who operate yellow school buses in Canada. While we have many similar practices, they have some great takes on safety that you can take home to your operation. More information can be found on our Training Page. Questions? Post them on the blog.

  1. As the Co-Chair of CPTC, we’d be thrilled to welcome you to our conference in May of 2018. The conference agenda for delegate professional development is full of timely and progressive topics. The companion program offers opportunities to see the natural beauty of the falls and many local sites.

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like any more information on this conference. You can email the Co-Chairs at cptc2018@gmail.com On behalf of Wendy Dobson and myself, we look forward to meeting you this coming spring.
